Service Line Notification Letter

We are required by Federal Law to send a Service Line Notification Letter to all customer locations that have not turned in their Lead Line Survey or reported that they have lead line.  These are to be mailed by November 15th.  We will also continue to work on the Lead Line Inventory until we have collected information on each meter location.

Lead and Copper Service Line

The Revised Lead and Copper Rule now requires all water systems to identify the material used in all customers’ service lines and service connections to the interior plumbing of a structure.

CPWSD #1 is requesting your assistance by taking a short questionnaire (for every meter, active and inactive, even those without structures) that will help us to compile a database of this material to comply with Federal regulations.

By completing the survey, you will prevent needing to schedule a future appointment with a CPWSD #1 representative on this matter.
